This site and the Distinctive Edge Scorecard are run by Wildcrafted Collective, LLC (Teresa Rainey, The Rebel Real Estate Agent), 144 River Rd, Lafayette, LA 70501. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What We Collect
- Your name, email address, phone number, city, and the answers you give in the scorecard.
- Anything you type into a booking or contact form, such as your phone number.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider logs, such as your browser type and IP address.
The scorecard does not ask for financial account details. Never enter Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or passwords.
How We Use It
- To show you your score and results.
- To give Teresa a private copy so she can mentor you and follow up about your results.
- To send you emails, and texts if you gave us your number and agreed, about your results and growing your business. You can unsubscribe or reply STOP at any time.
We do not sell your information or show it publicly.
Where It Is Stored
When you submit, your contact details, answers and score go to Teresa's customer relationship system (HighLevel), where they stay as her private copy.
Your Results
Your results appear on the page when you finish. The address of that page includes your answers and first name, so treat the link like a private document.
Keeping And Deleting Your Data
We keep submissions for up to 24 months for mentorship, then delete them. To get a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, email teresajpastor@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.

The scorecard is an educational, self reported tool. It is not a validated psychological test, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
